Demagnetiser, Table Mounting Type

Mayuresh Engineers & Fabricators is a manufacturer of electromagnetic crack detectors, portable/stationary, special purpose machines (SPMs) and demangetisers, accessories, etc. The table mounting type demagnetiser comprises of a coil through which AC at mains frequency is passed. The job to be demagnetised is pulled out of the coil along its longitudinal axis and kept at a distance beyond 1 mtr from the coil. Two versions of the coil DM 200 and DM 300 with round port of 200 and 300 mm respectively are in the current line of production, for safety MCB provided. The coils work of 230 V AC, 50 cycle, single phase supply and give very satisfactory results. Round shaped coils of 200 and 300 mm dia and square shaped coils in the range of 300 to 800 mm port with track and carriage. The company is working for a safer world by manufacturing and installing magnetic particle testing machines in large scale and small scale industries with good quality and reasonable price as per their requirement, i.e., fully automatic or semi automatic machines.
