DC Power System – Single Slot Module

Xantrex Technology has added an external hardware control module to the XMP 2600 multiple output programmable DC power system. Designed to make it easier for engineers to control external hardware, the one slot module (width) provides eight digital outputs with the following features: seven outputs capable of sinking 2 A each; one floating (dry contact) output up to 2 A; three auxiliary output voltages (+12V, +24V and +48V) up to 1 A each; and three ground pins for up to 3 A each. The multi-output, programmable XMP2600 DC power system gives test engineers the flexibility to customise by selecting up to eight of 22 different power modules ranging from 160 W to 2.4 kW. In addition, the XMP 2600 features testing modes such as work point window, which has standard polarity/isolation relays and can be instantly re-configured.
