Cut Cores

The Cut Cores are ideal for transformer design especially to engineers who require transformers that are unavailable in standard lamination sizes. Cut Cores are ideally suited where weight or dimensional requirements are critical and have to be reduced.

Exin produces Toroidal Cores in various dimensions to suit the Customer specifications according to International Standards. The cores are stress-relief annealed in an inert atmosphere to restore the magnetic properties. Cores are spray-painted and are tested for magnetic properties. Toroidal transformers offer many advantages over standard laminated transformers. Toroidal Transformers provide efficient operation with very low stray magnetic fields. Their small size and weight support a package that is easy to design into any application.
