Control Panels (CPRI Type Tested)

Engineers & Engineers (Electricals) Pvt Ltd designs and fabricates a range of electrical Control Panels. This includes: intelligent motor control centre (MCC); motor control centres (drawout and fixed); power control centre (drawout and fixed); automatic power factor correction panel; automatic mains failure panel; auto synchronisation panel for DG and mains; control and relay panel; feeder pillars; bus ducts, etc.

Structure: CRC sheets of proper thickness and reputed make are used. The structure is so designed that adequate space is available for cooling and ease of maintenance.

Surface treatment: Steel components are subjected to seven tank process for cleaning, deruffing, derusting, degreasing, descaling and passivating; paint is as per requirement of customers; also powder coating of enamel, epoxy, polyurethane.

Bus bars: Bus bar of copper and aluminium of electrolytic grade of proper cross sections are provided.

Switchgear: Switchgear is provided as per requirement of customers.

Hardware: Hardware provided in the panel is the best available, e.g., hinges – heavy-duty, panel locks – non-metallic or eco polyamide, gasket – high quality neoprene, wires – most reputed make; insulators – DMC or SMC grade S1-28 and UL approved; ferrules – made on imported white tube at our works; and PVC channels, lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts – best make available.
