Digital Systems offers Control Panel. This is highly reliable, user friendly rugged electronic system specially designed to use in the field of batching plants, plastic moulding, extrusion, pharmaceutical industries, sugar industries, packaging industry, etc. Control systems can be supplied in different models, which may be classified in terms of single weigh hopper (all ingredients in one common hopper) or multiple hopper system. If the feedback system is used in plants, then the controller gives excellent performance by giving instantaneous status of all loads at any given time. User-friendly software gives helpful messages on the screen to know the process status. Other user-friendly functions may also be incorporated if required. Features: microprocessor/computer controlled operation; weighing of aggregate, cement, sand, water, admixture; setting of weight in coarse and fine steps; weighing can be either in common hopper or separate for each type; user programmable recipes up to 99 (standard 10); computer screen shows complete batch information either on same screen or page wise format can be provided; messages on screen give process status instantaneously if feedback system is incorporated in the plant; facility to program in flight correction factor operating modes; printer gives complete record in user definable format; and other features may be specified by user.
