CESS ? "Cosmotor Electricity Saving System" is a domain of power saving creating a new era in electric power saving. For the first time in the world, an electrical power saving technology based on the principle of electrical power efficiency improvement is offered. This new technique for electric power efficiency by CESS helps in cost saving on power utility bills and it is safe to use without voltage drop damage.

CESS Principle: The specific boundary energy from CESS emitted, balance wave flow on the electric current. This wave can eliminate internal/external loss factors of electricity, such as reactive electric power, leaking electric current, oxidising effect, heat generation and improves power factor, electrical transmission efficiency and conversion efficiency.
