Carbon Brushes For Electric Machines

Allianz Electric manufactures carbon brushes for use in electric machines of different types. These brushes are fabricated from the approved grade blocks of carbon, and as per standard specification of OEM. The carbon brushes are used in: DC machines in general-DC machines with flush inter-segment insulation, DC machine with or without interpoles, low voltage DC machines, duplex armature windings on DC machines, light load running on DC machines, alternators, automobile generators and starters, aircraft generators and other special purpose DC machines, DC rotary transformers, DC rotating amplifiers, etc. The brushes are also used on thyristor controlled motors and AC machines with slip rings, synchronous machines, induction motors, machines with commutators, stator fed AC commutator motors, rotor fed AC commutator motors, etc.
