The CBC and CBA busbar trunking system from The Control Group, New Delhi, is an efficient, safe and ideal system for electricity supply to industrial installations (horizontal as well as vertical-rising mains) within buildings. It offers a wide current range from 125 A to 1750 A with possibility of feeding loads up to 400 A tap-off outlets per metre, which can be fitted quickly and provide total flexibility for any change in layout at a later stage. The systems have been designed especially for installations and projects where power supply has to be laid rapidly. These are also most suitable for applications where exact location and power consumption is not known for sure and where possible changes in physical distribution of loads are envisaged. The equipment is designed for low voltage power distribution as per IEC 439-(1&2), 529: IS 8623-2, 2675, 2147. Degree of protection is IP-527 up to 630A in both CBC (Cu. Conductor) and CBA (Al. Conductor) bus trunking. Higher ratings conforms to IP-407, but with extra cost can be converted into IP527 or IP547.
