Worldwide Electricals (I) Pvt Ltd offers an automatic Variable Resistance Soft Starter (HT) [GZYQ]. This range is manufactured in ultra-modern plant from premium quality raw materials using the latest machinery. The range includes automatic variable resistance soft starter (AVRSS, HT and LT) for slip ring and squirrel cage motors and automatic variable resistance starter and speed regulator (AVRR), and electronic soft starter. The automatic variable resistance soft starter, which is widely used in protecting high voltage squirrel cage motors: rated voltage – 3.3-15 kV; starting current – 1.5-3.7 A in starting time – 10-60-120 sec (adjustable on site); PLC controller with high reliability is adopted; adjustable resistance of liquid resistor; smooth starting process without any adverse effect on mechanical system, motor and power systems; made of polypropylene, 12-15 mm thick, has life more than 20 years as compared to conventional LRS made of MS, gets corroded after about 1-2 years; electrodes are made of patented zinc copper alloy with patented design as compared to conventional  LRS where electrodes are made of MS get corroded due to deposition of salts and hence less life; specially patented electrolyte powder, needs to be added once in 8 years as compared to conventional LRS where  normally soda bi-carbonate is used, needs to be frequently added once in 1-2 months; and vertical movement, compact design, belt driven, below 1 HP motor with descent, compact and aesthetic look.
