Easun Reyrolle offers Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System. These AMR are solutions for power industry and utilities for their metered consumers through remote auto dial-up. AMR system is a host-driven, heterogeneous, multi-level network system with built-in flexibility and expandability consisting of a host central computer, data concentrator units (DCU) and meter interfacing units (MIU). System can be implemented on HT and LT commercial/domestic consumers. ER has experience in real time data acquisition for energy meters in distribution system to eliminate the manual errors. It will improve the process of billing data and error free operations, tamper detection, energy audit, load profile and time of use tariffs. System can also supports the web services for online availability of consumer data and online real time payment. AMR system is built using secured GSM and proprietary power line carrier communication (PLCC) technology. Data in this system are more secured. Hardware used in AMR system is MIU, DCU, GSM modem, and PLCC energy meters. Benefit of AMR system is to eliminate the direct cost of manual meter reading and increase revenue, ability to access difficult-to-read meters, improve customer service and value added services like energy accounting and operational data collection system.
