Anti-Static Brushes

Static electrical charge is developed during paper, plastics, textile printing and processing, photographic film processing, in copiers and facsimile and in assembly of continuous moving ESD sensitive components. The charge can develop dangerously, which can result in sudden shocks, risk of accident, fire, messy printouts and damage to ESD sensitive electronic components. The most effective way to eliminate static charge is by using conductive fibre anti-static brushes. Anti-static brushes from T-Square Technologies are made using electrically conductive fibres. The fibres are soft, selflubricating, non-abrasive, non-staining and can be used on all types of surfaces and materials. The fibres are chemically inert and resist temperatures up to 175?C. The brushes are available in following varieties: continuous fibre type, fibres in pitches of any spacing and configuration, and siliconised hardened fibres for tough Applications.
