AC/DC Servo Systems

A highly responsive AC servo system made up of single/multi-axis servo amplifiers (up to 6 axes) features easy set-up for optimal operation and 30% smaller size compared to conventional servomotors. The AC servo system comes with a line-up of low and high capacity motors. A DC servo system is made up of highly responsive servo amplifiers that feature easy set-up for optimal operation and servomotors with low speed ripple operations by combining with a high-resolution encoder. Brief details: AC servo system capacity – 50 A to 300 A; servomotors available from 1 kW to 15 kW; DC servo system capacity – 23 to 500 W; and built-in operator with five-digit indication LED. Applications: applicable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment to machine tools (lathes, milling machines and transfer machines).
