New Age Electronics offers 8085 Microprocessor Trainer Kits, MCS 85L. It is a compact kit with all connectors provided for I/ O. It operates from 0 to 5 V at 600 mA. It enables the user to become familiar with all the instructions of the 8085 microprocessor and to learn to write simple or complex programs and test and debug them on this microprocessor trainer. It can send and receive data from any IBM PC compatible computer with a little additional circuitry, as serial communication software is built in the kit. It is very economical and can be incorporated directly in microprocessor based projects. It is formed of two PCBs joined by a 25-pin gold plated connector and enables the display part and CPU part to be separated easily for mounting in any enclosure.
