New Age Electronics offers 8031/ 8751 Microprocessor Trainer Kits, MCS51. It is a compact kit with all connectors provided for I/ O. It operates from 12-0-12 AC at 750 mA. It enables the user to become familiar with all the instructions of the 8751 microprocessor and to learn to write simple or complex programs and test and debug them on this microprocessor trainer. It can send and receive data from any IBM PC compatible computer as serial communication software and hardware is built in the kit. It is very economical and can be incorporated directly in microprocessor based projects. It is formed of two PCBs joined by a 25-pin gold plated connector and enables the display part and CPU part to be separated easily for mounting in any enclosure. Specifications: 11.0592 MHz, 8255/ 82C55 programmable I/ O, 2764 8K monitor Eprom, Eprom expansion up to 30 K on board, and Ram expansion up to 32K on board; 20 key membrane keyboard, 32 I/ O pins 8K CMOS Ram; optional serial EEPROM, 6-digit display; and optional - 8751/ 89C51 programmer, 89C2051 programmer.
