Simulator Synchroscopes

SETO Teknolog offers a Simulator Synchroscope. It is used for training electric power plant operators in the control room. The front fascia is identical to the standard unit. Synchroscope needle movement is controlled via digital and analog outputs from the simulation computer and information about needle position is provided to the computer as a set of digital inputs. Technical specifications: needle movement controlled via stepper motor; three inputs for direction, start, stop and speed control; two potential free contacts to indicate -300 and +300 position; analog input for needle speed control from 0 to 200 RPM; provision for positioning the needle at 3 o"clock position at power Off; Dark (Off) LED indication for needle position between -300 to +300 position; auxiliary supply 240 V AC, 50 Hz; insulation resistance > 100 MOhms at 500 V DC between all terminals and chassis; voltage proof rating 1.5 kV between AC supply line and chassis; 1 kV between signal input and chassis; operating temperature 50 to 55°C; relative humidity - 5 to 95%; and enclosure - 144 x 144 x 280 mm.
