Rotary Conductive Plastic Servo Potentiometer

Pankaj Potentiometers (P) Ltd has launched a new product, viz., Rotary Conductive Plastic Servo Potentiometer, Model RCP-50. This is in continuation with the track record of developing new innovative products using own technology and expertise. RCP-50 is highly reliable due to the best raw materials and manufacturing technology. It has infinite resolution, low Temperature Co-efficient of Resistance (TCR) and low Contact Resistance Variation (CRV). One piece moulded shaft with multi-wire precious metal wiper contact with appropriate pressure, results in long rotation life expectancy, very good stability and repeatability. Housed in 50 mm diameter Bakelite body and white anodised aluminium top and 21 mm height has non-magnetic 6 mm diameter stainless steel shaft with two ball bearings. It has screwdriver slot on the shaft at the rear side to facilitate adjustment, servo flange mounting and 3xM3 screws at 35 mm PCD. Standard resistance values 1K, 5K and 10K ohms, effective electrical angle of rotation 355 degree, continuous rotation 360 degree without stopper. It has several applications like dancer pot, feedback control systems, dampers, actuators and the user’s imaginations and ideas.
