Microprocessor Based Programmable Counter

Excella offers microprocessor-based digital counter cum tachometer 3-digits of 0.3” height green LED. Display for surface speed and 6-digit of 0.3” height of red LED display for total/cumulative in terms of total count/metres. It has two set points or more each programmable from 1 to 999999 and has selectable program count from 0.001 to 1 with provision like operating mode on delay, time pulse and auto reset. Input voltage – pulse 6-30 VDC from proximity switch encoder or potential free contacts from limit switch/relay. It has elegant enclosure and has keyboard facility such as up, down, shift, reset and enter by which programming can be done with battery back up provision to retain the last reading during failure of power. Password is given to open the lock. This unit works on 230 VAC/110 VAC, 50/60 Hz. The housing is in ABS plastic with dimensions of 96 x 96 x 150 mm, with weight approx 550 gm.
