Linear Potentiometers

UCAM offers Linear Potentiometers. These are used for industrial automation, manufactured by Elap SpA,Italy. Linear potentiometers are used to transform mechanical linear motion into corresponding electrical signals. Enclosed in aluminium case with IP65 protector, these potentiometers are robust and withstand hostile industrial environments. The potentiometers are available in Series PM, PLS, PL2S and PL23 with stroke lengths from 25 mm up to 1,000 mm using conductive plastic resistance element with a wiper arm of noble material. These linear potentiometers have excellent linearity of 0.075% and infinite resolution. With ball joints on one or both ends and clamping feet, these are easy to mount with a life span of over 20,00,000 operations. These linear potentiometers find applications in injection moulding machines, hydraulics presses, SPMS, cut to length systems, etc.
