Electrical Power Monitoring Instrument

M B Control & Systems introduces latest digital Power Meter, Series PM-170M. This compact low cost panel mounted power meter answers the need for low cost switch gear panel monitoring. It provides display of 3-phase voltages, 3-phase currents, 3-phase max demand currents, Hz, kW, kWH, kVA, kVAH, PF, active power, max demand, apparent power, max demand and accumulated demands. All inputs to this micro-processor based instrument are galvanically isolated. All the parameters are indicated via the three displays on the front panel (each display has four digits of 12.5 mm height). Isolated RS-485 interface is provided as option. The instrument is SCADA compatible. Software is also available for logging data from PM-170 under DOS or Windows. This compact instrument is housed in 144 x 144 x 90 mm panel mounting, tough plastic enclosure. Weight of the instrument is only 1.5 kg. Use of this instrument simplifies the panel wiring and panel space is also saved.
