Electrical power meter

Trinity Engineering is an indigenous provider of state-of-the-art equipment in power factor and power/energy management. The Mercury is an electrical power meter, for use in three phase four wire electrical systems. It measures the phase voltages, currents, frequency, power factor, system KVA, system kW and system kVAr. The various parameters measured are sequentially displayed on a bright 7-segment display. The CT ratios (primary) can be programmed at site using DIP switch at the back of the unit. Sixteen standard CT ratios are supported, ranging from 50/5 to 3200/5. The meter uses a powerful micro-controller working at 16 MHz speed. The effect of influencing parameters like variation in voltage, current, frequency, etc, have almost no effect on the accuracy of the meter. The main advantages of using this meter are ease of installation (only three current and three voltage inputs to be connected), economy of space and minimal wiring. Features: multi parameter monitoring; replaces seven individual meters; all parameters with class 1.0 accuracy; compact 96 x 96 DIN enclosure; micro-controller based; and ideal for supervision and audit of specific loads.
