Waco digital multimeter, Model 3130B is a 4½-digit high precision TRMS digital multimeter. This is ideal to measure AC/DC voltage from 220 mV to 750 V, with resolution 0.01 mV, current AC/DC range 220 µA to 10A with other facilities, i.e., continuity checking, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, diode test, etc. Brief specifications: display – 4½ digits LCD (22,000 counts); analogue bar graph – 22 segments with measurement 20 times per second; polarity – automatic, positive implied, negative polarity indication; over range – (OL) or (-OL) is displayed; zero – automatic; operating temperature – 0°C to 40°C; and power – 9 V battery DC.
