Compact energy meters, 3-phase

Gossen Metrawatt"s U128X and U138X compact energy meters have been specially designed for space-saving use in control cabinets and small distribution boards. The direct measuring version allows for measurements in circuits of up to 65 A without the need for an additional current transformer. After connection, any installation errors are detected automatically and displayed by the meter. Erroneous measurements resulting from incorrect phase sequence, missing phases, transformers with reversed polarity, incorrectly dimensioned transformers and missing bus connections are thus avoided. This saves valuable time otherwise wasted in troubleshooting, and investments in additional test equipment become unnecessary. Salient features: more transparence during actual operation - active energy and instantaneous power appear continuously at the energy meter"s high-contrast, easy to read display; convenient LON interface - the energy meter can be optionally equipped with a convenient LON interface (FTT-10A) for the direct transmission of meter readings, measured values and error messages; and meters and calibration from a single source - calibration can be performed directly at the factory by the company"s recognised EB8 test laboratory. This accelerates the procurement process and saves money for subsequent calibration.
