The cable/harness tester/analyzer is a powerful and multifunctional cable tester, which can handle testing of all cables, wires, harnesses and motherboards. It can handle cables of any configuration. Its user friendly interface and single commands help in saving valuable time on production floor in automobile industry, computer industry, electronics instruments manufacturers, defence sectors, etc. It handles cables up to 500 test points, and having cable length up to 1100 feet. It considers cable resistance of 100 ohms and below as a short. It shows inter pin shorts, opens, cross connections and. intermittent faults. It automatically learns cable patterns and stores them in system memory. User can compare new cables or wire harnesses with learned data. It has an additional feature of analysing cable connections of unknown cables. It has serial interface with PC and EEPROM cartridge to store learned cable data. It also has a printer interface for taking hard copies of wiring patterns as an option. Customised jigs can be designed and provided by the company.
