Battery Testers

Geekaysindia offers battery testers, Hioki 3550 Series, manufactured in Japan. These are to test UPS back-up batteries before they fail. The batteries can be tested without shutting the UPS system. These are available in three different models to meet all requirements of storage battery maintenance. The testers give instantaneous results on the state of the battery, based on measurements of battery voltage, internal resistance and temperature. The facilities provided are: "Pass/Warning/ Fail"assessment of battery state, based on manufacturer's data; and, test data STORE and PRINT facility for statistics, histogram and graphs. Model 3551 is PC compatible, for high capacity (above 500 Ah) storage batteries; Model 3550 is for medium capacity alkali and lead acid storage batteries; and, Model 3555 for compact Ni-Cad, lithium and Ni-MH (nickel metal hydride) battery cells.
