Viral Engineers is a manufacturer of grease fittings for automobiles. The company manufactures grease nipples and sump (drain) plugs for trucks, tractors, trailers and excavators. The grease nipples and drain plugs are made at the company's well equipped manufacturing infrastructure. The grease nipples are manufactured as per SAE-J-534, DIN-71412, BSS-1486, JIS-B-1575 & IS-4009 standards from high quality bright steel. Finding application in various auto components and assemblies including constant velocity joints, universal joints, propeller shafts, cardan shafts, shackle pins, etc., the grease nipples have their tips case hardened to 500 HV minimum. This is as per the requirement of the clients. The grease nipples are manufactured in different thread size from 1/4 UNF to 1/4 BSP and M6 to M16. The drain plugs are made in different thread sizes and shapes as per the requirement of the clients. The company also offers magnetic drain plug on request. The company also makes rubber moulded sump plugs.
