Braided Copper Flexible Connections

In braided copper flexible connections for earthing application, the braids are first cut to the desired length; both the ends are crimped with lugs (manufactured by the company) under pressure. Also, these ends could be treated with solder to partially solidify them. These are then punched for the required fixation. In this case, since the braids come in direct contact with the electrical equipment, it improves electrical performance. These connectors provide good resistance to machine vibrations and mechanical shocks.
