Variable Speed Drive for Mixer

Deepak Drives offers an efficient variable speed drive. This unit brings infinitely variable speeds to numerous industrial applications where low cost, space saving and a wide ratio are essential considerations. It consists of two variable speed pulleys and a belt. One pulley is mechanically adjusted and the other is spring loaded. Both the pulleys work together on a fixed centre distance. They provide a wide speed range up to 1:5. Variation of the output speed is obtained by means of a screw spindle. Both the pulleys are dynamically balanced. The drive can be offered up to 40 HP application.
