Stepper/Servo Drive Controller

The Stepper/Servo Drive Controller is microprocessor based controller used for driving Stepper/Servo motors for all cut to length applications. With these motor controls, it is possible to control entire cut-to-length operations reliably and accurately. All one has to do is set the parameter and start the system. The motor will run as per programmed length and speed. Parameters will depend on machine specifications as well as be motor and drive specific. Options: can choose printed or plain material; controller gives clock, direction and start outputs and sensor start/ photocell stop signal; and two relay outputs provided for any additional operation like punching, etc.
