Soft Starters

National Engineering Research Center of Converters offers Soft Starters, TGQ Series. High voltage and middle voltage soft starters are available. These are thyristor controlled starters incorporating integrated power semiconductor manufacture technology, power electronics and its control technology, introduced after great deal of research. Technical characteristics: the thyristor as main component has the advanced technology, reliability, modular technology feature for convenient maintenance; adopted optical fibre transmission technology to isolate the high voltage and low voltage; adopted advanced digital signal process technology and system integration technology to improve the performance, reliability and stability; adopted a series of anti-interruption methods, has very good electric-magnetic compatibility; and adopted LCD display and controller with filmy keys, has very good simple operation and MMI.
