Potentiometric Joystick

Pavan Industries, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, has developed a 2-axis Conductive Plastic Potentiometric Joy Stick, Model NASU-0912, with switch. This is ideal for application in construction equipment, wheel chairs, golf carts, battery operated vehicles and applications demanding simultaneous control of speed of two motors with one lever. Operating angle of the handle is ±30 degree, resistance value available are 5K-0-5K and 10K-0-10K, ratted at 0.2 W. Maximum working voltage is 30 V DC. The switch rated 5 mA @ 5 V DC, operates within 3 degree followed with variation in resistance value in all four directions of operation. Good quality of rubber bellows and precision machining of aluminium housing makes the product suitable for operation in dusty and harsh environment. Conductive plastic technology in the potentiometers helps in getting longer trouble free life and stable output even in moist environment. Flange head is 55 x 55 mm square and cutout in panel required is 44 x 44 mm square. Minimum depth required below panel 55 mm including provision of Ralimate connectors.
