VNS Switchgear (I) Pvt Ltd offers a range of double door Wall Mounted And Floor Stand Enclosures. The double door wall mounted consists of 15 different sizes from ME-DD060803 to ME-DD131203 and the floor stand cubical consists of 12 different sizes varies from ME-DD061653 to ME-DD081955. These double door systems consist of single external door and individual internal doors for the sections. Double door enclosure system has complete modularity in all three axes with base module of 100 mm. This provides the most flexible solution possible. Width, height and depth as well as sizing and placement of any sub-sections are infinitely variable. Panels can able to transport in flat packs or kits form at low cost. It can be stocked in a minimum space and assemble at panels builders’ premises or factory. These switchboards can make an unbeatable flexibility, allowing almost any configurations and size to be designed. The unique and framework system constructed of 2 mm steel profiles, incorporating bends ensures a maximum strength. The mounting plates are fitted by strong screws and are designed for optimum utilisation of enclosure space. External cladding and doors are all come with a sealing gasket ensuring a standard IP 42 rating. The following features ensures a clear overview: degree of protection IP 42; powder coated RAL 7035 (Grey); complete knockdown system (CKD); and removable and swing doors.
