Polyester Enclosures

CEAG offers the Smart-P Series, international range of state--of-the-art technology enclosures made from glass fibre reinforced polyester that offer excellent protection for apparatus in the electrical, petrochemical and mechanical industry. The raw material is self-extinguishing and flame retardant. This is also available with CMRI test certificate for use in Zone-2 hazardous areas as junction boxes. The enclosures are suitable for any industrial environments against aggressive chemicals, resistant to sea water and other environmental conditions as well as severe mechanical conditions. The enclosures are corrosion free and withstand a mechanical impact test of 7 Nm and are resistant against hostile chemical environments, having high breakdown voltage with dielectric strength of >10 kV/mm. They have flame-retardant properties and a high surface resistance of >1012 ohm.
