Modular Sound Proof Enclosure Systems

ARS modular soundproof systems are free standing, self-supporting type and are manufactured according to IS and ISO standards. The enclosure systems are designed, manufactured to achieve an insertion sound level reduction of 25-30 dBA from the original sound level of the equipment measured at a distance of 3 metres, with respect to background noise level. Range of applications: portable gensets ? 1 kVA to 5 kVA; diesel gensets ? 5 kVA to 1500 kVA; and compressors and other noisy equipments. Features: the enclosures are manufactured with high quality steel and the surfaces are chemically treated and painted to withstand extreme weather conditions; the design of the enclosure provides good ventilation arrangements suitable to operate at rated outputs without affecting the performance efficiency of the DG set; ventilation systems are designed to maintain the acceptable temperature raise- inside the cabinet, white the DG set is in operation; the design of the enclosures are suitable for easy mounting on the roof top as well as high raised buildings; the enclosure is constructed based on modular configuration mainly for easy handling, dismantling and assembly; design of enclosures are suitable for easy accessibility for regular routine maintenance and inspection of the DG set; designed to suit existing DG sets; and all the panels are supported, fastened, sealed properly to avoid airborne, structure borne noise. The company manufactures enclosures for any specific requirement of the customer; it provides solutions to control sound for any other noisy equipment like compressors, blowers, etc. Residential type exhaust gas silencers are designed with minimum backpressure at acceptable range.
