Plast Mould Engineers offers Electric Junction Boxes in FRP. It is manufactured by compression moulding techniques. Glass reinforced plastic (FRP) is glass in fibrous form used along with plastics. The glass imparts the mechanical, electrical insulation, heat resistant and chemical resistant properties to the finished products whereas the plastics are mainly used as a binder for keeping the glass fibres together. Plastic themselves are mostly electrical insulating type and having varying properties of mechanical, chemical and heat resistant properties depending upon the type of plastic being used. Since FRP products do not have resale and/ or scrap value. Advantages; any size thickness can be obtained; perfectly finished, accurate dimensions; no post operations including painting, drilling, tapping is necessary; mechanical properties retained for entire life, unlimited operating life; and any built-in colour can be supplied for identification, check on store and use and look.
