MULTICHIP LEDS

Hicotronics Devices offer Multichip LEDs. It provides a very reliable solid-state alternative to filament lamps. It consists of a standard filament lamp base incorporating a cluster of LED chips bonded on to a substrate with a current limiting resistor. The reliability is a particular advantage in environment subjected to shock and vibration protected by IP 40 and IP 50 degrees. It have a maximum life of 1,00,000 hours. The features are lower current consumption, high luminous intensity, pure color source, vibration/ shock resistance and lower heat generation than filament lamps. The different type of bases like midget grooved, midget flanged, T1 3/ 4, B9AS, E10, E12 slide mounting types and a choice of colors - red, green, yellow, blue and white are available. The rated voltages are 6, 12, 24, 130, 230 V AC/ DC.
