Klipco Private Limited, an ISO: 9001 and Q 9001-2000, and ISO/TS-16949/2009 certified company for quality assurance, manufactures a wide range of Hose Clamps.This includes:Worm drive hose clamps – as per BS 5315; SS perforated worm drive hose clamps – as per SAE J 1508-96; SS buttress worm drive hose clamps – as per DIN 3017; Light duty hose clamps – as per DIN 3017; T bolt and VB clamps – as per SAEJ 1508-96; P clamps – as per drawings; Boot band clamps – as per drawings; U bolt clamps – as per drawings; and Spring band hose clamps – as per DIN 3014/1-97 (Prop), and as per J 1508-36. Established in the year1960 as Klip Corporation, the company started with 400 sq.ft area manufacturing 200 hose clamps per day. By 1968, the company had not only expanded its original plant but also additional plants at Silvassa and Vapi, adding new types of clamps and developing products for OEM applications for companies like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Escorts, Sundaram Clayton Ltd, PAL and others. By 1978, the had company developed worm drive hose clamps for European and American markets, based on latest quality and technology of hex-head bolts with built-in thrust washer and rolled threads for bands. Manufacturing facilities include in-house, full-fledged tool room with modern, electronic machine tools based on CAD CAM for development of design, dies, tools and special purpose machine tools; heat treatment and austempering furnaces, zinc electro plating plants, complete coating and baking units for spring band clamps like Geomat, Magni, Delta and/or chrome-free coating system; and all in-house testing facilities, finish products as per world standards, with traceability of semi and finish products at every stage.
