Tensioner Nuts/Bolts

Generally, necessity of different bolted joints/connections is in industries. These must easily tightened and un-tightened as and when required. In medium & heavy industries/plants, different bolted joints/connections are used which require high tension force. So bolts/studs with bigger diameter are to be used. These bolts/studs require more efforts in tightening & un-tightening.

Standard bolt-hex nut used in such connections are tightened by the tightening systems, such as: ordinary hand tool or torque wrench / hydraulic or pneumatic impact wrench or thermal tightening or sledge hammering methods. These systems do not allow easily to tightening bolt nuts or bolts of large diameter to the required force-tension, to maintain continue operational conditions. However, when such connections, comes to un-tightening normally, during maintenance, often creates problem and they cannot be dismantled easily and the only solution is to cut.
