Special Dowel Pins

Drei-S-Werk of Germany offers dowel pins are made for locking or pinning of plates, tool parts or single elements. They are used in volume production as well as in assembly. The hardness is constant at 58-62 HRC. The dowel pins are made from wear resistant, through hardened steel. Dowel pins are available in 3 types.Drei-S-Werk of Germany also offers special punches. Special punches are manufactured in different styles according to customers' drawings and details, and partly also produced as standard. Material recommendation is HWS D2 or HSS M2. These punches are (depending on application) also available from powder metallurgically manufactured HSS, and also with different surface coatings (TiN or TiCN, etc).
