Set Screws

FTC offers plain square head, T head, taper head, rectangular head T bolts, square head set screw in flat point, plain cup point and extra dog point flanged or collar head square T bolt, in M6 to M48, 1/4"to 2"Thread size, rectangular T head bolts and also with square neck T bolts as per IS, JIS, ASTM, ISO and DIN Standards and as per drawings and samples. Threads are mm standard and fine pitch, BSW, BSF, UNC and UNF. Grades covered are MS 4.6, EN-8 6.6, 8.8, EN- 19 10.9, EN-24 12.9 or 12K, brass, SS 304, SS 316 and SS 410. These fasteners can be supplied duly subjecting to Sursulf liquid nitriding and nitrocarburizing process. They find use in industries such as machine tool, light and heavy engineering, textile, sugar plants, electronic instruments, automobile, and tractor manufacture.
