Self-Locking Nuts

Helisert Fasteners offer self-locking nuts preinstalled by AISI 304 (18/8) stainless steel wire thread with one or more hexagonal grip coils near the centre of the thread insert inside the nut holds the screw/bolt securely against loosening, vibrations, stripping etc, retaining the same torque after repeated disassemblies. They have enhanced load bearing capacity guaranteed by high tensile stainless steel threads with HRS 43-50 and protect the original threads from corrosion, heat up to 400?C. They also eliminate lock washers, save space, and protect threads from abuse and wear. Applications are in all industries.
