Self-Clinching Studs (Press & Fit)

Specially designed self-clinching flat-head studs can be installed by placing them in drilled holes and squeezing them with a standard press. A flat punch and special anvil can be used to ensure proper installation. This helps to provide strong threads on PCBs (thin as .048"/1.2 mm). Upon installation: the studs are installed permanently; create a flat-head assembly; lock securely with high torque-out; no risk of loosening or falling out; cost effective; and no need to carry loose hardware during assembly or disassembly.
