Self Locking Nuts

Simmonds Marshall Ltd (SML), which earlier collaborated with Firth Cleveland Fastenings Ltd of UK, has been manufacturing the well-known NYLOC self-locking nuts in India at its plant in Pune for the last 36 years. SML also manufactures speciality nuts, namely, Cleveloc all-metal nuts, besides castle, slotted, lock and weld nuts. Other special application nuts are also in its manufacturing range. The company has been augmenting its cold forming capacity and can produce over 300 million nuts per annum in a wide range from M4 to M48 diameters and equivalent imperial sizes. These nuts are manufactured to either American, British, Japanese, ISO or Indian Standards in a variety of thread forms and protective finishes. SML also has a battery of multi-spindle automatic bar turning centres capable of producing related automotive components as well. The company caters to the automotive and industrial sectors and supplies to almost all the major automobile manufacturers in India as OE suppliers. SML's products are also exported to Australia, South East Asia and UK.
