Sealing Nuts & Sealing Disk For `ER' Collet Chuck

Spindle Toolings is one of the largest companies in manufacturing of sealing nuts. These sealing nuts, along with sealing disks, have a compact design with very short extension of clamping nuts, which gives the following benefits: protects against all kind of dirt and chips entering the slots of the collet; coolant through tools can be used, which gives improved cooling and lubrication tools and hence increases the tool life; and improved chip removal. The company manufactures nuts in all standard sizes ranging from ER16M, ER20M, ER25M, ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, ER40 and ER50. These are balanced to 15000 RPM. Sealing disks manufactured by the company are available from dia 6 mm to 32 mm in range of 0.5 mm, hence easy changing of sealing disk according to required application. There is no need for expensive sealed collets, as regular collets are the best suitable.
