Venkateswara Steels & Springs specialises in the manufacture of precision springs and press components. The entire production facility is segregated into distinct cells, each catering to a specific product range. The company is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, which ensures manufacture of various products in the shortest possible time frame. Manufacture of springs: the spring and allied component manufacturing cell manufactures wide range of springs at high volumes as per client requirements. Advanced CNC machines tuned to deliver high degree of precision form an integral part of the production process to manufacture compression, tension and torsion springs. These include four-axis CNC double torsion spring coiling machines; auto torsion coiling machines; and auto compression coiling machines. A modern stress relieving furnace with thermal mapping facility enables the production of high quality springs that perform under the most testing conditions. A separate tool and die making facility works in tandem with the manufacturing cell and caters to captive demands. In addition to this, the company is also equipped with adequate support infrastructure for manufacture of special springs in small volumes based on customer specifications. The company views technological upgradation and all round improvement as continuous processes. All procedures conform to ISO 9001:2000 standards. The company is currently working towards the TS 16949 accreditation.
