Polyurethane Elastomer Springs/Bushes

Polyurethane elastomer products are versatile engineering materials designed to provide a combination of properties not available in conventional rubbers, metal or plastics. They are internationally famous for their high load bearing capacity, high impact strength, high abrasion resistance, high resilience, excellent resistance to oil and grease. Because of these exceptional properties PU bushes are being increasingly used in sheet metal sheet metal dies, where steel spring is known to break under high pressure and set in a short time, while bushes cannot sustain high load and disintegrate quickly in oil and grease.
