Heramb Thermoplastics offers Polyurethane Springs that are available in tubular as well as rod forms. The size range is diameter 16 mm to 125 mm and length is 300 mm. There is a standard range of internal diameters, determined after taking proper care of cross section area for maximum load bearing capacity. Pads/Mats are available in standard sizes of 250 x 250 mm, 300 x 300 mm, 500 x 500 mm, 1000 x 1000 mm and thickness range from 3 to 50 mm. TPP stripers: turret punch press strippers are used as stripper in high-speed presses where the speed is 120 strokes/min. The high resilience of material is made use of in this application. Spiders for couplings: PU spiders are very useful in couplings for smooth power transmission. No lubrication required, easy installation, flexibility of angular or parallel misalignment of shafts by PU spider member permits smooth power transmission. Special purpose components: due to above outstanding properties polyurethane is very useful in various applications. Various grades of PU is in ready stock (hardness range 70 shore A to 75 shore D).
