LPS-Bossard Pvt Ltd manufactures eco-fix - machine screw with concave washer head. The large, smooth bearing area of the screw reduces the chance of scratching the surface of the assembled part. The spring washer head reduces preload loss after tightening. Given proper torque, the large and effective contact area of the head reduces the risk of rotational loosening. Surface pressure under the head corresponds to property class 4.8 after maximum tightening. Less preparation time for assembly, possibility of automated feed, vibration resistance, optimal bearing area for long or large assembly holes and reduced risk of crevice corrosion are the advantageous of the product. Application: electrical and household appliances as well as for general industrial application.
