Lock Nuts

MAC Marketing Corporation offers precision locknuts from UNITEC, Italy for various applications like ball screws, SPMs, CNC machines, spindles, machine tools, robots, etc. These locknuts are manufactured by machining internal thread and contact surface in the same production stage, so that they can meet the highest precision requirements. These are available in 3 types: HIS side locking, HIA axial locking and HIR radial locking. These lock nuts use materials such as SCM440. The hardened screw drive material is ? phosphorous bronze, the hardness is HRS-26-32, thread tolerance is ISO 4H, lateral surface squareness ? 0.005 mm. Precision series, suffix P ? squareness = 0.002 mm, it is available in internal thread from MO8 x 0.75 to M 200 x 3.
