Lock Nuts

Nikki Precision Locknuts are used for ball screws, spindles, etc. These are available in a wide range and are interchangeable with most of the brands. Lock nuts are available in internal thread from M6 x 0.5 to M200 x 3. Different models like MRZ series (radial locking), MKR series (axial locking), MF series (30 degree locking), MR series (radial locking), SR, SFZ & TMF series (30 degree locking) are available. The material used in locknut is SCM 440, the hardness is HRC 28-32, precision ISO 4H, etc. The precision turned locknut thread to face squareness is under 0.005 mm and precision ground locknut is under 0.0002 mm.
