Infeed Worm Screws For Bottling Machines

Perfect Polymers offers infeed worm screws in cast nylon and other grades of reinforced plastics for conveying the bottles on automatic bottle filling, sealing, capping and labelling lines used in soft-drinks, breweries, distilleries, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, juices, milk-plants, oil mills and allied industries. Benefits resulted are: increased production; lower breakage of the bottles; and life of the worms increases due to low wear and tear as superior quality of engineering plastics are used. The worms can be made for as high as 70 valve filling machine to as low as 03-valve machine (600 BPM to 20 BPM) for all shapes and sizes of glass and plastic bottles. The sizes of worms can be reduced from 300 mm to 25 mm diameters in various lengths for all types of imported and indigenous machines. A pair for infeed worms (RHS and LHS) can be made to change the direction of flat shaped bottles.
